why hiding myself hurt more than coming out

Coming out isn’t always one big moment, sometimes it’s years of hiding, questioning yourself, and trying to be the person everyone else expects you to be. In this episode, I share my own journey of accepting who I am, the fear of being judged, the grief of feeling like I lost time, and why I believe life is too short to abandon yourself for someone else’s comfort. If you’re still figuring things out, I hope this reminds you that you don’t owe anyone a timeline or an explanation for who you love.
